I have received a Land Use Permit (LUP) for the deck landing area that is further south on the property. As part of this letter is the issued Land Use Permit for"replacement" of a deck landing area into the existing footprint for the south landing area only. However, the deck landing area that is further north on the property would be considered an illegal structure that was constructed to close to the water with no evidence to support that there was an existing deck landing in this area. Also, you would only be allowed 1 walkway within the 75' area froin the high-water inark which is also included as part of the south landing area. I am setting an order for correction by June 1, 2024 to have the north landing area completely removed froin the property or relocated to a distance of 75' from the high- water mark with valid Land Use Permit. Failure to comply with this order for correction will result in citations and daily forfeitures. Please contact me if you have any additional questions. Office hours are M-F, 8AM- 4PM.
