greater within 24hr period.
In accordance with the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance section 4.281(Adverse Effects On
Adjacent Properties). I hereby declare that the construction and/or grading permitted under
this permit will not affect or interfere with neighboring properties drainage patterns.Any change in
drainage pattems which are determined to be detrimental to neighboring properties will be
corrected at the expense of the property owner referenced on this permit.

Dear Sawyer County Zoning and Conservation Department:
I have reviewed the building permit application submitted by Powell Family Tiust to develop a lot on Beaver
Creek Road in the Town of Hunter, Sawyer County, Wisconsin. The property is identificd as having Sawyer
Counry Tax ID # 41338.
This properry is encumbered by covenants that have been recorded in the Sawyer County Register of Deeds office
in Volume 707 Deeds, Page 154-160 and is subject to the restrictions therein. As such, these covenants provide
that there is no fillin�, grading, or placement of structures allowed within a 100-foot horizontal distance landward
from the shareliue above elevation 1,313 MSL.
it appears from the application materials that the proposed work will be performed beyond 100' from the
shoreline. The applicant will be allowed to continue with the specified project so long as construction, incla�ding
any filling micl grading, does not occur within 100'. Additional restrictions extend 1,000 feet landward fi-om the
1,313 contour line requiring tbat the exterior color of the buildiug be natural wood and earth tone color, and less
than 35 feet in height.
All other county and state codes and permits apply to the subject property and must be applied for and adhered to.
