Thence N 88°51 ' 47" W, along the North line Sec. 35, 1487. 34 feet , Thence
S 1°08 ' 13" W, 1798.98 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING, Thence
S 26°14 ' 42" W, 135. 50 feet , Thence S 26°06 ' 57" W, 107.24 feet to a
meander corner on the Northerly shore of Durphee Lake, Thence along
the meander line of Durphee Lake and Schoolhouse Lake as follows :
