I , kobert R. Swanson, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor,
do hereby certify under the provisions of Chapter 236. 34 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and under the direction of Robert Erdmann and
Dean Pearson (tenants in common) owners of said land , I have sur-
veyed , divided, and mapped the land herein described and that said
land lies in the northeast one-fourth (N.E.; )'and the n9rthwest
one-fourth (N .W .4) of the northwest one-fourth (N .W .�g ) �of Section
sixteen (16) , Township forty (40) North, Range nine `9) West , Town
of Bass Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin described as followsi
Com�encing at the north 4 corner of Section 16-40-9� thence
South 88 16 ' West along the north line of said Section �52. 13 feet
to an irgn pipe on the east R.O.W . line of old Highway 27s thence
South 88 16 ' West along the north line of said Section 77. 20 feet
to an iron pipe on the west R.O.W . line of said Highway which is
the point-of-beginning.
