Michael and Jo Ann Lawsha recentiy asked for permission from the Chip A Flo Condo Association to
proceed with restoring their existing garage,which collapsed due to the snowfall during the winter of
2022-2023.
The bui�ding will be built in the exad location over the existing concrete slab.The width is 30'x 36'by
10.4'which is a Iittle larger than the existing slab by 1.5"all the way around.
The association agrees with the Lawsha's plan to rebuild the garage.
