The system currently serves units 9 (2bdrm), 10 (lbdrm) and 11. Unit 11 was previously a kitchen/restaurant which has since been closed. It has been converted and is currentiy used as a 1 bedroom residence plus a "commons area" used by the condo for occasional recreational use. The current system size is not determined but based off records believed to be a 10ft x 80ft drainfield. This is sm�aller than what would be required for the 4bdrms and commons area (total 639gpd-912ft2). After discussions with Eric Wellhauer it has been determined to install a 1250ga1 replacement tank and leave the rest of the system as it is currently otherwise functioning.
