Dear Mr. Bodenschatz,
On July 18, 2000, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your variance on the follow-
ing described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW'/4 NE%4, S 32, T 41N, R 8W, Parcel .2. 1 . WD Vol 637 Records
Page 343. 20. 10 acres total. Property is zoned Commercial One. Application is for
the placement of an advertising sign with an area of 128 square feet, and at a set-
back of 375 ' from the nearest existing sign, outside the right-of-way of County
Highway B. Variance is requested as Section 5.23 2 Sa '

dinance, restricts the size of this type and class of sign (Class E, Type 2) to 12
square feet in area, at a minimum setback of 300' from the nearest existing sign.
Town Board has approved.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone dis-
trict. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not change
anything. It would be an improvement. j
