I measured the finished lowest floor elevation for the building of said property.
Lowest floor elevation is 1 ,291 .95' NGVD 29.
Slab on grade building
I believe that the remainder of the existing floor to be equal to this elevation. The Regional Flood
Elevation for the Grindstone Lake is at 1289.51' NGVD 29 published at Sawyer County Zoning
Office.
Benchmark has been placed on said property - elevation of 1292.5' NGVD 29, top of septic lid
All elevations are based on NGVD 29 vertical datum.
