On May 16, 2000, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals con5rmed that uo variance is re-
quired on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 3, being Part of Govt Lot 3, S 8, T 39N, R 7W, Parcel :3.18. WD Vo1485 Re-
cords Page 447; CSM Vol 10 Page 199, Aff Vol 14 Page 176. An irregularly
shaped lot containing 115 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One
(RR-1). Application is for the replacement of an existing roof with change in roof
line, to include the replacement of the roof over the existing porch, at a setback of
20' from the ordinary high-water mark of Blueberry Lake. Variance is requested
as Section 4.49(2), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum
waterline setback of 54.75' from the lake as the avera�e waYerline setback was
determined at that distance. Town Board has approved.
The Board of Appeals approved the retum to the applicant of the public hearing fee. A Land Use
Permit from the Zoning Office is required.
Findin�s of Fact of the Board of Appeals: None given at this time.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 00-012.
