I, Mark E. Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request
from DON THORP, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed and mapped
under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and belief this Certified
Survey Map is a true and correct representation of that survey;
:HAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as
follows:
All of Certified Survey Map Volume 19, Pages 285-286 located in Government 6, Section 26,
Township 39 North, Range 06 West, Town of Ojibwa, County of Sawyer, State of Wisconsin
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of Section 26;
THENCE S02°OS'26"W 1985.26 feet to the Point of Beginning;
THENCE S87°58'10"E 289.40 feet;
THENCE N26°28'27"W 173.46 feet to the Southwest Corner of Lot ?. of Certified Survey
Map Volume 18, Page 192;
THENCE 588°O1°05'E 188.77 Feet along the South Line of said Lot 2 to a Meander Line
of the Chippewa River;
1HENCE S30°42'03"E 181.39 feet along said meander line;
THENCE S37°00'36"E 321.87 feet along said meander line;
THENCE N87°58'10"W 670.80 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of County Trunk
Highway "G";
THENCE along said right-of-way line 253.68 feet along the arc of a circle concave
to the West whose radius is 533.00 feet the chord of said arc bearing NO3°46'29"W
251.29 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This parcel contains 190,200 square feet more or less and includes those lands
lying between the P7eander Line and the shore of the Chippewa River as shown on the
map and is subject to easements and restrictions of record.
