Therefore, the existing foundation will pass ihe TIA-222-G analysis requiremenis under proposed loading conditions. RAMAKER 8 ASSOCIATES, INC. Page 4 of 6 PROJECT NUMBER: 51960 NEW POST February 9, 2023 ASSUMPTIONS This analysis is based on the theoretical design capacity of the members and is not a condition assessment of the structure. This analysis is based on ihe information supplied and ihe resulis are only as accurate as ihe data obtained from ihis information. The Scope of Work for RAMAKER did not require verification of the provided information. The following assumptions were made for this structural analysis. 1) The siructures were built and maintained in accordance with ihe manufactrer's drawings and specifications and including ihe TIA Standards. 2) All structural members and foundations are in good condifion and can achieve their full design capatity. All welds and connections can develop the full member capacity nless determined otherwise and explicitly stated in ihis report. 3) No physical deterioration has occurred in any of the siructural and foundation componenis. No allowance was made for any damaged, missing, or rusted members, nor loose bolts or cracked welds. 4) All prior siructural modifications, if any, are assumed to be properly installed and fully effective. 5) All siructural material grades conform to ihe documentation as supplied,or meet ihe values as stated. 6) Information provided by the client regarding the structure, appurtenances, transmission cables, and other relevant information is assumed to be current and correct. Appurtenance sizes and weighis as specified in the loading tables are best estimates and based on available information, if explicit documentation is not provided to RAMAKER. If the loading configuration is different ihan stated, ihen ihis analysis is invalid. 7) All antenna mounts are considered adequate to support ihe applied loading. No analysis of ihe mounts is performed, as this analysis is limited to analyzing ihe tower only. This analysis may be affecfed if any assumptions are not valid or have been made in error. RAMAKER should be notified to determine ihe effect on ihe siructural integrity of ihe tower. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS The engineering services performed by RAMAKER regarding ihis report are limited to an analysis of ihe tower and ihe capacity of its members. RAMAKER will accept no liability which may arise due to any existing deficiency in design, material, fabrication, erection, consiruction, or lack of maintenance. RAMAKER makes no warranties, expressed or implied in connection with ihis report and disclaims any liability arising from original design, material, fabrication and erection deficiencies or ihe "as-built" condition of ihis siruciure.
