Jeff and Sheila Ra.imer were present due to the path possibly coming too close to their proposed garage. Their question for the Board was if it would ever be a "Town Road" or was it a "Private Road". Trettin confirmed their thoughts that in fact it was a private road and if in fact it did turn into a Town Road, their building would be grandfathered in. Illegal Tax Payment - The Board wautc� like to get som� figures from JeffriEs for this payment this year or could it be a possible charge back. This will be on the December agenda. Speedup Lane/Turnout Lanes - (Highway 63/Hospital Road intersection) Gedart will talk to DOT at the Traffice Safety meeting tomorraw to fin� octt if this is samething that the Town can request in order to have this done. Gedart will get back to Longtine with what needs to be done, if any. Pop Machine - The Board felt that we should not get involved with this. Budget Review - no transfers until December.
