Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within

Upon the commencement or during the pendency of any action of foredosure of this Contract, Purchaser consentx
to [he appoin[ment of a receiver of the Property, including homestead interest, to collect the rents, issues, and profits of
Lhe Property during tl�e pendency of such action, and such rents, issues, 1nd profits when so collected shall be held and
npplied us the court shall direct.
Purchxser shall not transter, sell or convey any Iegal or uyuitaLle interest in the Property (by assignment of uny
of Purehaser's rights under this Contract or by option, ]ong-term lease or in any other way) without the prior written
consent of Vendor unless either the outstanding Ualance payable under this Contract is first paid in full or the interest
conveyed is a pledge or assignment of Purchaser's interest under this Contract solely as secw�ity for an indebtedness of
Purchaser. In the event of any such trnnsfer, sale or conveyance without Vendor's written consent, the entire outstssnding
ba]ance payxble under this Contract shal] become immediatelydue ssnd payable in full, at Vendor's oi�tion without notice.
Vendor shal! make xll payments when due under uny mortgage outstanding against the Yroyerty on the date of
this Contract (except for nny mortgage granted by Purehaser) or under any note secured thereby, provided Purchaser
makes timely payment of the amounts then due under this Conh�act. Pm�chaser may make any such payments directly to
the Mortgngee if Vendor fails to do so and all payments so made by Purchaser shall be considered payments made on
this Cmitract.
Vendor mny waive any default without wuiving xny other subsc�ucnt or prior dcfault of Purchaser.
All terms of this Contract ehall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of the heire, legal representatives,
succeasors and aeaigns of Vendor and Purchaser. (If not an owner of the Property the spouse of Vendor for a va]uable
