Temporary erosion control measures such as mulch, silt fence, and/or straw bales shall be used as nesded and shall be put in place prior to any precipitation or rf work ceases for longer than 24 consecutive hours. Any upland areas disturbed during construdion shall be propery stabilized Immeaiately following project completion by seeding and mulching. 7. The removal of lrees, shrubs, and other shoreline vegetation shall be kept to a minimum and any vegetation removal above the ordinary high watermark of the waterway must comply with the shore cover remova� requirements of lhe local counry zoning ordlnance. 8. No waterward extension of the upland property is permitted other than what is reasonabty necessary for the placemerrt of riprep !o stabilize and protect the existing bank. No fill material may be placed in a wetland or below the ordinary high watermark of any surface water. 9. This permit Is not valid unless you have obtalned all required approvals from other LOCAL, STATE and FEDERAL jurlsdiaions. t0. Thls permH expires on November 1 of the calendar vear followinq the date of Issuance.
