On February 17, 1998,the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved as amended your
application for a vaziance on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of Govt Lot 3, S 35,T 41N,R SW,Parcel:3.9. QCD Vol 530 Rec-
ords Page 424. Property contains apprmcunately .92 acres. Property is
zoned ResidentiaURecreational One (RR-1). Application is for the con-
struction of a 30'x40' detached garage at a road setback of 4S from the
centerline of Schmidt Road and 15' from a private access easement.Vari-
ance is requested as Section 4.21 (2), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,
requires a setback of 63 ft.from the centerline of a town road and Section
4.21 (6)would require a setback of 30'from the centerline of a private ac-
cess easement.The Town Boazd has denied the application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application amended as follows:Garage size 30'x32'
overall including 1'overhang.
Findings of Fact of the Boazd of Appeals:There would be no change in the use in the zone
distric[.It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of CeRiorari to review the legality of
this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
