Dear Mrs. Strachota,
On June 20, 2000, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your variance on the follow-
ing described real estate to wit:
Lot 1, being Part of Govt Lot 4, S 14, T 41N, R 8W, Parcel :4.1. Vol 659 Records
Pa�e 197; CSM Vol 21 Page 67. 13.074 acres. Property is zoned Residen-
tial/Recreational One (RR-1). Application is for the construction of a 32'x54' ga-
rage on vacant property. Variance is requested as Section 4.26, Sawyer County
Zoning Ordinance, would prohibit the construction of accessory buildings on va-
cant property. No action was taken at the Town Board meeting on this application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals. It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. It
would not be a self-created hardship due to the elevation and steep bank of this property. There
would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would be due to special conditions unique to
the property. They've made an effort to keep the building low, they will have it in a color that's
suitable to the land, they will prevent another 20 homes being built on this property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the le�ality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future conespondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 00-026.
