Dun Rovin Road on the Chippewa Flowage. The property is further identified as Lot 41 of CSM vol. 14,page 191,Sawyer Co.Tax ID#012-640-06-220�parcel .6.7. It appears from the application plan that the proposed construction will be located outside of the 100-ft. Chippewa Flowage buffer zone. Additional restrictions,however extend 1,000 feet landward from the 13]3 contour line which require that the exterior color of the building be natural wood and earth tone color, and less than 35 feet in height. Mr. Zurn is allowed to continue with his building project so long as construction remains in compliance with the Chippewa Flowage covenant restrictions specified in the property deed.
