Application is for the re- placement of an existing 13'x46' 2nd story deck on an exisYing dwelling at a lake setback of 2T from the ordinary hi�h-water mark of Round Lake. Variance is re- quested as Section 4.49(2), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a lake setback of 69' as the average setback was determined at that distance from the lake. Towm Board has approved. The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the convenience of the owner. It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. It would not be a self-created hardship. There�vould be no change in the use in the zone district. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after Yhe date of this notice. Gross and Kathryn A.
