Good Morning Pat, I spoke with you last summer as we applied for and were approved to build a storage shed on our property at 7154N Malm Road in Winter,on Barber Lake.The permit number is 23-375. There are a few changes that I would like to make that are slightly different than on the permit application. 1. I would like to do a gambrel-type roof which will increase the height from the proposed 10 feet to 12.5 feet. 2. Change the base from a concrete slab to gravel. 3. Total cost will be about$12,000 instead of$8,000. There are no changes to the overall square footage or the shed placement. Will these changes be OK?I need to know before I place my order with the shed people this winter.
