Inspection
Dear Mr. Wagner:
Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report for the above property. The most significant
change from our discussion is the decrease in the Current Estimated Fair Market Value
(CEFMV) of the cabin from 1997 ($28,500) to ]998 ($19,900). This change has a
significant impact on the 50% CEFMV.
The calculations I made at the cabin indicated that the 50% CEFMV was $14,250;
however, the most current 50% CEFMV is $9,950. This value is important as you must
keep the construction costs for the addition below $9,950 (not the $14,250 we discussed)
or you will require the approval of a variance.
