Box 432 Savage, Minnesota 55378-0432 RE: Parcel :1.1, S 22, T 39N, R 09W, Town of Sand Lake: Violation of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance— Constnzction of a Concrete Block Foundation—No Land Use Permit Dear Mr. Friendshuh: Today I visited your property on Holly Lake Lane conceming the moving-on of an A- frame cabin. During my visit I observed that a 16' x 32' concrete block foundation had been constructed on the propeRy. A Land Use Permit had not been issued for the construction of this foundation. The construction of the foundation prior to the issue of a Land Use Perniit is a violation of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance and has a citation fee of$393.50. A citation will be issued for this violation. Steve, after looking at the A-frame cabin there are some issues that need to be addressed before I can issue the permit to locate the cabin permanently on the property (i.e., dwelling width and the approximate assessed value of the cabin vs. that of the surrounding structures within 500 feet - #15506W Holly Lake Lane).
