Deer Lake. The information that I do not have is indicated by (?) marks. You must
provide this information.
Please return the completed application with a check in the amount of $200.00 made out
to "Sawyer County Zoning Administration" to this office by Wednesday, December 15,
1999.

. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Engels:
Today I visited your property re�ardinQ a complaint that you had constructed a dwellin�
on the property without the isstle of a Land Use Permit See the attached inspection �
report. The Sa�vyer County Zoning Ordinance requires that a Land Use Permit be issued
by this office for the construction of structures larger than 100 square feet.
I have researched the permit files and I cotild not loeate any documentation for the
eonstruction of this building. Without the proper documentation there is a ��iolation of the
Sa�ti-yer County Zoning Ordinance: Construction of the dwelling �vithout a Land Use
Permit - $396.�0.
Please contact me by Wednesday, December 8, 1999 if you have copies of any
documents from this office authorizin� the constr�.iction of the d��ellinQ. If I have not
heard from you by that date, I shall assume that the violation is valid and I����ill then issue
the citation.
If��ou are unable to locate a permit for the d�vellina. I have enclosed an Application for
Land Use Permit for an after-the-fact permit for the construction of t11e dw�elling. The
permit fee is $200.00 based on 1728 square feet of habitable area (24' ti 36' = 86�ft',
864ft' x 2 = 1728 ft'). If reqtlired, please return the completed application with a check
in the amount of$200.00 made out to "Sa�vyer County ZoninQ Administration" to this
office by Friday, December 10, 1999. �
