I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of BARBARA BABBITT, I have surveyed and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in Government Lot 7 & the NW 1/4 - NE 1/4 of Section 35, T. 40 N., R. 9 W., in the Town of Bass
Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the NE corner of Section 35; Thence, along the north line of
said Section, N 89° 46' 11 " W, 875.18 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence from said Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
Continue N 89° 46' 11 " W, 703.01 feet; Thence, leaving said north line, S 16° 40' 08" E, 632.03 feet to a
meander corner which is 31 feet +/-, N 16° 40' 08" W from the water's edge of Lac Court Oreilles; Thence,
along a meander line near said water's edge, N 80° 56' 01" E, 612.63 feet to a meander corner which is 30
feet +/-,
N 09° 20' 36" W from said water's edge; Thence, leaving said meander line, N 09° 20' 36" W, 512.91 feet to
the north line of Section 35 and the Point of Beginning.
Parcel is described in Volume 248, Page 194 of Deeds.
Parcel includes that land lying between the meander line and the water's edge of Lac Court Oreilles and the
extension of the lot lines to said water's edge.
Entire parcel contains 381,985 square feet +/-, which is 8.77 acres +!-.
