Dear Mr. Bruce:
Enclosed is a copy of the property inspection for the properry referenced in your letter
dated August 13, 1999. The cabin is well over 75' from County Line Lake (101' and
126' to the ordinary high water mark of the lake).
Any additions constructed onto the cabin must be aY least 75' from the lake and 20' from
one lot line and 30' from the opposite lot line. Land Use Permit#99-558 indicates that
the cabin is 35' from the north lot line and 70' from the south lot line. This would
indicate that there is an area for expansion both south of the cabin and towards the lake.

Dear Sir:
An Offer to Purchase on a property on County Line Lake, Sawyer County, has
a contingency for an on-site inspection by the Zoning Office to determine
the actual amount of building space from the front of the current structure
to the 75 foot setback requirement from watersedge. Due to the shoreline
at this particular lot, it is not easily discernable what the highwater
mark actually is for basing a measurement .
Attached is the certified survey for the property. The original surveyor
has remarked the corner stakes in accordance with the offer to pruchase
so those reference marks should be readily visible. The Buyers have stated
it is not necessary for them to be on-site during the evaluation by the
Zoning Office, but they would like a follow-up report in writing showing
how much expansion room they would have available under current guidelines.
Closing date for this transaction is September 3, 1999.
