Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 1996, the Sawyer County Zoning
Board of Appeals approved the following application:
Part Lot 1 in �ovt Lot 7 S 36, T 41N, R 8W. Part parcel
:7.5. WD Vol 487 Records Pg 46 and CS Vol 15 Pg 207.
Parcel size is 169'/1S9' x 487'/663' containing a total
of 1.89 acres. Property is zoned Residential/
Recreational One. Application was for the creation of
a 190'/196' x 145'/189' lot for resale purposes.
Variance was requested as Section 18.7, Sawyer County
Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum lot depth of
200 feet. Town Board approved.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the
use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others
or property values. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Mr. Langhus explained that he had tried to sell it, but due to so much lake shore,
it was too expensive. Shuman asked if it was a hardship and Mr. Langhus said "yes."

Your application for a variance will be considered at a Public
Hearing before the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals on
Tuesday, November 19, 1996
This hearing will begin at 7:00 PM in the Sawyer County
Courthouse , 406 Main, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at
the Hearing . A lack of information about the situation may result
in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appear may also re-
sult in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please
submit a written statement to this office directed to Arvid H.
Vallem, Chairman of the Board of Appeals . This statement should
include a description of the general terrain; surrounding
development ; your proposed intentions ; and the purpose of the
request. Photographs of the property and/or buildings are
requested. Explain the undue zoning hardship inflicted upon the
owner by conforming to the required minimum regulation which induced
the variance request . Convenience and financial loss or gain does
not constitute zoning hardship .
Your application may come before the Town Board for their review on
