approved the application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted: not to exceed 323 square feet in
size for both sides including the logs and not to exceed 22'above grade.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals:It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may com-
mence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this deci-
