On November 19, 1996, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application
for a variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 2 being part of Govt Lot 7 5 36, T 41N, R 8W.
Parcel :7.13. WD Vol 582 Records Pg 4 and CS Vol 4 Pg
243. Parcel size is 1.60 acres. Property is zoned
Residential/Recreational One. Application was for an
after-the-fact variance as a dwelling was constructed
by the foxmer owner at a waterline setback of 61 feet
from the ordinary highwater mark of Little Round Lake.
Variance was requested as Section 4.49, Sawyer County
Zoning Ordinance, would require a waterline setback of
75 feet from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake.
Town Board Tabled.
� The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the convenience
of the owner. It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. There would
be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to
the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please refer to Variance
96-035.

19 November 1996
This hearing will begin at 7 :00 PM, in the Sawyer County Courthouse ,
406 Main, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present
at the Hearing . A lack of information about the situation may
result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appear
may also result in the denial of your application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please
submit a written statement to this office directed to Arvid
H. Vallem, Chairman of the Board of Appeals . This statement
should include a description of the general terrain; surrounding
development; your proposed intentions ; and the purpose of the
request . Photographs of the property and/or buildings are requested.
Explain the undue zoning hardship inflicted upon the owner by
conforming to the required minimum regulation which induced
the variance request . Convenience and financial loss or gain
does not constitute zoning hardship .
Your application may come before the Town Board for their review.
Please contact the Town C1erk, Arlene Mizerka, to obtain the
