Applicant is to contact the Highway Co�issioner to flag out the right-of-way before construction commences. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be for the convenience of the owner. It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. It would not be a self-created hardship. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
