Variance was requested as Section 4.49, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance would require a waterline setback of 75 feet from the normal highwater mark of the lake; and Section 10.2 limits the construction cost of structural repairs, alterations and additions to 507 of the current estimated fair market value. Town Board denied. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would be the basis of economic gain or loss. It would be a self-created hardship. It would be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
