Application is for the removal of an 8' x 41' mobile home with replacement construction of a 18' x 28' addition onto an existing dwelling at a waterline setback of 41 feet from the normal highwater mark of Nelson Lake; and at a construction cost exceeding 50� of the estimated fair market value. Variance is requested as Section 4.49, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance would require a waterline setback of 49 feet as the average waterline setback was determined at 49 feet form the normal highwater mark of the lake; and Section 10.2 limits the cost of construction to less than 507 of the estimated fair market value. Town Board approved. The Board of Appeals approved the application vith the condition that the existing mobile home be removed and the new addition is to be constructed on back of the existing dwelling. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not be a self-created hardship. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
