Dear Ms. Cupples:
On February 20, 1996, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application
for a variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Unit 2, Musky Haven Condominium S 8, T 40N, R 7W. Parcel -3.2.
CLC Vol 433 Records Pg 321 and Condo Plat Vol 1 Pg 71. Parcel size
is .40 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational 'Itao.
Application was for the moving of an existing dwelling to a different
area in the condominium at a setback distance of 22 feet from the
lakeside easement road. Variance was requested as Section 4.21 (6),
Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a setback of 30 feet
from the centerline of a private access easement. Town Board approved.
The Board of Appeals approved the razing of an existing dwelling, the construction
of a new dwelling at a waterline setback of 75 feet from the normal highwater
mark of the lake, and a setback of 22 feet from the centerline of the easement
road.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the
use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others
or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please refer to Variance
