Variance was requested as Section 4.49 (1), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum setback of 75 feet from the normal highwater mark of the lake. Town Board approved. The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be a self-created hardship. There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
