Town Board approved. The Board of Appeals approved the application with the condition that the addition is no closer to the lake and parallel to the cabin. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Soard of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
