I , Robert R. Swanson, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor,
do hereby certify under the provisions of Chapter 236. 34 of the
Wisconsin Statutes , and under the direction of Ronald A. and
Karen L. Spreckles , owners of said land , I have surveyed , divided,
and mapped the land herein described , and that said land lies in
the southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter (S.W.4 of '
N.W.4) of Section nine (9) , Township forty (40) North, Range nine -
�9) West, Town of Bass Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin described
as follows�
Commencing at the west ,�, corner (2"I .P. ) of Section 9-40-9i
thence North 87°05' East along the east-west q line 913• 93 feet to
an iron rebar on the east R.O.W. line of State Highway 27-7p which
is the point-of-beginning�

to an iron rebar at the southeast corner of the forty;
