Dear LaVonne fi James Ailgers ,
The Deputy Zoning Administrator has granted a six-month
extension to your Land Use Permit 95-628 . You have until
June 20 , 1997 to begin construction on the dwelling
described on that permit .
If you are unable to begin by June 20 , 1997 , then a new
permit wi11 be required.
Please post the enclosed tag with the revised date at the
building site and remove the o1d, expired tag.
Enclosed also please find an application for a fire number,
which you requested.
