That on the order o(Robert Roberts, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in Government Lot e,Section 12,T.39 N,R.9 W,Town o(Sand Lake,Sawyer County.
To locate the Point of Beginning,commence at the Southeast corner oi said Section 12; Thence, along the South
line of said Section,S 89° 55'S5"W, 1726.53 teet to the westerly right of way line of a 66 foot wide access
easement; Thence,leaving said Section line and along said right of way line,N 46° 59'58"E,527.7E3 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Thence from Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
Continuing along said right of way line,N 46° 59'S8"E,822,51 feet;Thence,leaving said right of way line,
N 42° 13'20"W, 190.43 feet to a meander corner which is S 42° 13'20"E, 130 feet+/-from the water's edge of
Whitefish Lake; Thence,along a meander line near said water's edge,S 47° 22'45"W,656.95 feet; Thence
S 52° 51'S2 W, 166.16 feet to a meander comer which is S 42° 13'20"E, 111 feet+/-from said water's edge;
Thence,leaving said meander line,S 42° 13'20"E,211.76 feet to the Point of Beginning.
