Parcel -20. 13. 1. QCD Vol 538 Records Pg 467. Parcel size is SO'x 132' containing 6,600 square feet. Property is zoned Commercial One. Application is for the construction of a 24'x 28' retail store at a set- back of 49 feet from the centerline of Gibson Avenue; and on a parcel containing 6,600 square feet with a lot width of 50 feet. Variance is requested as Section 4.2, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a setback of 63 feet from the centerline of a town road, and Section 18.2 would require a minimum parcel size of 10,000 square feet with a minimum lot width of 75 feet. Town Board has approved. The Board af Appeals approved the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be a self-created hardship. There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for �?rit of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
