Pwperty, and deliver to Credil Union ieceipts showing limely paymen�.
4. Inaurance. Morlgagor shall keep ihe improvemeNs now existing or hereatler erected on ihe Pmperty insuretl againsl diroct loss or damage occasioned
by�ire,ezlended coverage perils and such o��er hazards(e.g.flooding)as Credil Union may require,now or la�er,Ihrouyh insurers appmved by Credil
Union,in amounts not less than Ihe unpaid balance ol Ihe Note wilhout coinsurance,and shall pay the premiums when dua The policies shall coNain
Ihe standard morigage clause in favor of Credil Union and, unless Credil Union otherwise agraes in writing, ihe original of all policies covering ihe
