DWIGHT METCALF AS TRUSTEE OF THE METCALF REVOCABLE TRUST
DATED NOVEMBER 22, 1991, CONVEYS TO DWIGHT METCALF, GRANTEE,
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IN SAWYER COUNTY,STATE OF
WISCONSIN:

A part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter(NE'/a,NE'/a), section twenty-
six (26), township foRy-one (41) north, range nine (9) west, more particularly
described as follows: All that part of said NE'/a,NE�/a lying north of the centerline
of state highway "77" and_west of a line commencing 623.10 feet east of the
northwest comer of said NEi/a,NE'/a, thence running S3°17'E, 496.50 feet to the
centerline of state highway"77". Also conveyed herein is a perpetual non-exclusive
easement 30 feet in width for the purposes of ingress and egress over the present
