Temporary vegetation winter wheat or winter rye should be established prior to September 15�. • Erosion control matting should be installed on bare soil and sloped areas following temporary seed placement. • Seeding should be completed once final grade and back filling is accomplished. A mix of annual and perennial seed varieties should be used to establish fast and long-term stability. Mulch should overtop seed. .
