RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
1. One year round home per lot with a minimum square footage of 1,500
squaze feet. Wa(k-out basements can be included in the total square
footage if finished to normal living standazds. No three season cabins,
house trailers or modular(double-wide)homes.
2. The exterior of the home is to be completed within six months of starting
construction.
3. One detached garage no larger than three car bays and one out-building for
storage,maximum size]5'x 15'.
4. All natural materials should be used for exterior construction,e.g.wood
siding,cedar siding,stucco,log,stone or brick,only. No aluminum or
vinyl siding. No wood foundations.
5. Split-rail or wood rail decorative fencing,field stone or retaining walls are
acceptable. No chain link,stockade or bazbed wire fencing.
7. Initial clearing of trees for home and driveway shou(d include no more
than 25%of the lot size,then no cutting of live trees bigger than a normal
persons fore-arm. Trimming,clearing of brush and downing of dead trees
is acceptable.
