On September 5, 1998 (see enclosed minutes), the members of Rick's Condo
Association met to discuss the removal of the old block garage, which had
been damaged by the heavy snowfall in 1997 and the replacement with a 24' x
24' pole constructed storage shed. This shed will be constructed on the same
site as the original block garage.
At the meeting, the Association una�iimously agreed upon this proposal and
construction should be completed by the Spring of 1999.

Meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the demolition of the garage and
replacing it with a pole shed.
It was decided that Uaylen would get bids on the demolition of the garage and fish house.
Memll had obtained three bids on the pole shed and Northland was selected to build the
24' x 24' shed and the colors for the shed would be brown with pinewood trim. Merrill
was going to contact Northland to find out when they could proceed.
The Association has approximately $3,200 in our bank account. It was decided to pay for
the building paRially out of the treasury, leaving $600 in the account for incidental
expenses, and levying a special assessment for the remainder.
The Association unanimously agreed on these decisions.
Other items discussed were:
- Merrill was authorize to replace the replace the wheels on the utility trailer.
- Cutting some of the pencil weed next spring.
- Gaylen's and Memll's attendance at the Sand Lake Shoreowners Association
meeti�g where there was a discussion of restocking Sand Lake with Walleyes
in 1999. Also, Donna was selected to serve on the Sand Lake Shoreowners
Association Christmas party committee.
