On September 15, 1998,the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your variance on the
following described real estate to wit:
Lot 27, Fairview Subdivision, S 8,T 38N,R 9W, Parcel—4.27.1. WD Vol 607
Recocds Page 378. PropeRy contains .57 acres. Property is zoned Residen-
tiaURecreational One (RR-1). Application is for the coastruction of 9'x10' and
6'x12' additions onto an e�cisting dwelling 11' from the side lot line. Variance is
requested as Section 18.4, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, requires a lot line
setback of 30'.The Town Board has approved the application.
The Boazd of Appeals approved the apQlication as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be a self-created hardship.There would
be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values.It would be due to special conditions unique to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of AppeaLs may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of CeRiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after[he date of this notice.
