consent of Vendor unless either the outstanding balance payable under thix Contract is firsL puiJ in full or the intereat
conveyed is a pledge or assignment of Purchaser's interest under this Contract solely as security for un inde6tedness of
Purchaser.In the event of any such transfer,sale or conveyance without Vendnr'�writ[en consent,the entire outstanding
balance payable under this Contract shall become immediately due ssnd payable in full,at Vendor's option without notice.
Vendor shall make al]payments when due imder any mortgagc outstanding ag:iinst tl�e Property on the date of
this Contract(except for any mortgage granted by P�rehaser) or ❑nder any �mte secived thereby, provided Purchaser
