Anyway, I had put the project on hold since we were so close to winter, and I am now resurrecting it. Enclosed are the followin� items for vour review: 1. Application for Land Use Permit 2. Legal Description of our property 3. Diagram showing the placement of the proposed sauna building on the property and associated setback numbers 4. Shoreline Mitigation Agreement which includes before and after photos of the shoreline lighting that we removed, as well as a copy of the existing Shoreline Mitigation Agreement associated with the property. a. Diagram showing location of removed shoreline lighting and restoration area associated with the prior SMA. 5. I can get the building to 38' from the edge of the road, or 34' from the ROW, so that would be compliant. However, I can only get it to about 48'10" from the center line of So. Shore Drive. There is no other spot on the lot that the Sauna would make any sense, and be within required setbacks. So does this mean I am dead in the water on this project? Are there any variance request procedures available to me? Please advise.
