That on the order of MARK FORREST, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land

To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the NW corner of Section 9; Thence, along the north line of said
Section, S 89° 00' 52" E, 2300.14 teet; Thence, leaving said north line, S 00° 09' 14" E, 937.76 feet; Thence
S 88° 25' 29" E, 422.41 feet to the easterly right of way line of Fleur De Lane and the Point of Beginning.
