I have received and researched your application for land use permit. It has come to my
attention that we will need a letter of approval from the president of the Golden Sands
Condo Association before we can approve your building project.
Please contact this person and have them compose and send us a letter to that effect. I
have enclosed a copy of your land use application that you may want to send to them.
I just want to mention that it appears your project does not fall within the designated
expansion area that is indicated on the Condo Plat.
