I am now in the process of reviewing the application and I noticed that the gazage setbacks from the road are 31'?to 33'? However, when i visited you last week, I measured the setback from the centerline of the road to the slab and my measurements indicated that the slab was 26'/29' from the centerline of the road. The required setback for the gazage to the centerline of an easement road is 30 feet. There aze no setback requirements from the garage to a driveway. I have no problem with the slab being 26'/29' from the centerline of the easement road; however, the gazage itself, to include the eaves can be no closer than 30' to the centerline of the road.
