I've enclosed various diagrams of the proposed deck (in reference to my Limited Common Area), and a check in the amount $75.00 to cover the cost of issuing the Pernut. I've also included a letter from the President of the Paulson's Golden Gate Condominium Homeowner's Association which grants their approval for the c�nstruction of the Deck Addition. I've taken the liberty°�utilizing a diagram that was made by your office when I was building the storage building last year. I believe that it accurately reflects all of the setbacks. Where there were changes in the original measurements (for instance, a new septic system was installed last fall), those changes have been noted. I hope to get the footings in yet this Fall, so if you could have the Pernut issued as soon as possible (and mailed to my Burnsville, MN address), I'd sincerely appreciate it. A concem that I have is the current use of the storage building. Since the storage building was constructed, this office has received numerous complaints that the building (upper level in particulaz) is being used as a sleeping area. The most recent complaint was approximately two weeks ago. I would like to satisfy myself that the storage building is being used solely for storage purposes and not for human habitation before I proceed further with the permit application.
