Before we will be able to approve your application we will need to have a soil test for the property and a sanitary permit that has received state plan approval. I have enclosed a list of soil testers in the area and also a list of plumbers who install septic systems. Any of them could obtain the state plan approval and install the system. Please be advised that the new facility will be a State-owned building, and that Section 13.48( 13) of the Wisconsin Statutes (attached) exempts the State from paying any permit fees. Regarding the septic system, we're planning to install a sanitary sewer lift station with a connection to the city sewer as a part of this construction project. Therefore, I'm assuming that a soils test and sanitary permit are not required. Also, we have State of Wisconsin, Dept. of Commerce approved plumbing plans available if you would like to see a copy.
